• Full payment (including room rates, tax, service, meals and any extra services requested) will be required upon reservation confirmation. (Charged in Indonesian Rupiah at the Hotel official daily exchange rate in effect at the time).

• Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival : No Charge
  Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
  Except on period of:
  1 Aug 2013 - 2 Aug 2013: Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
  3 Aug 2013 - 14 Aug 2013: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
  15 Aug 2013 - 31 Aug 2013: Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
  21 Dec 2013 - 5 Jan 2014: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
  There will be full charge for no show and cancellation made on the date of arrival
