NIKKO BALI ENGRAVE THE SUCCESS AT SALON CULINARY COMPETITION
2006
The dynamic Food & Beverage Team of
Nikko Bali Resort & Spa recently achieved an outstanding
performance in the prestigious “Salon Culinary Competition
at Food Hotel & Tourism”, Bali 2006. This is the
5th International Exhibition for Equipment, Food, Beverage
and Service to Support Indonesia's Tourism and Hospitality
Industries and Bali Salon Culinaire Chefs Contest held in
Nusa Dua, Bali from 9 - 11 February 2006. It is also the 4th
International Retail Technology, Equipment, Display and Storage
Exhibition.
The hotel’s Food and Beverage Team
won seven (7) medals from sixteen (16) categories in which
they competed. They won four (4) silver medals for individual
ice carving, fruit and vegetable carving, butter sculpture
and salmon cooking categories, and three (3) bronze medals
from other categories like butter sculpture, team ice carving
and team hot cooking.

and hard work, our FB team has, under pressure and in international
standards, performed very well, harvested several medals and
showed the strength of our F&B”, General Manager
of Nikko Bali Resort & Spa, Mr. Thierry Joho commented
and congratulated all those who have put their efforts and
talent in this event. |
