IJUMPI CULINARY CHALLENGE 2005
Nikko Bali Resort & Spa is proud to announce that its
chefs won several medals during the recent IJUMPI Culinary
Challenge 2005 held at the Central Parkir Kuta from 20-22
October with around 250 contestants from hotels and restaurants
in Bali, Lombok and java. IJUMPI is the association of Indonesian
Professionals Chefs.
The hotel’s kitchen team won nine medals in as many
categories in which they competed – a gold in set menu
display, six silvers from fruit carving, nasi tumpeng, live
fish cooking, beef, ice carving and butter sculpture, and
three bronzes from ice carving, live chicken cooking and sugar
modeling.
