CHAÎNE DES RÔTISSEURS DÎNER AMICAL - "FLAVORS OF THE SPRING"

On Saturday, 11th June 2005 Nikko Bali Resort & Spa was honored to be the host of the prestigious monthly gala dinner of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Baillage de Bali, an international society for gastronomy and culinary professionals devoted to fine cuisine.

The guest were welcomed by Mr. Thierry Joho, General Manager and invited to a pre dinner cocktail in the stunning garden with ocean view.

The dinner was held at Graha Sawangan Ballroom which was specially decorated in a close to nature environment, with flowers, live birds and fish ponds, all revolving around the theme of the evening "Flavors of The Spring". Accented by the scent of fresh herbs the exclusive seven courses menu was accompanied by exceptional hand picked wines from around the world.

SOCIAL VISIT NIKKO BALI RESORT & SPA TO SD NEGERI 2 BENOA AT SAWANGAN

On the 16 th June 2005, Nikko Bali Resort & Spa visited Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Benoa to present awards and gifts for the school and teachers, and students who have outstanding academic performance.

The social visit is an annual program of Nikko Bali Resort & Spa to show that the hotel cares for the community and the environment. On this occasion, Mr. Thierry Joho, the General Manager, announced that the hotel will donate 2 sets of computers for the school.

The top three students in each of grades 1 to 6 were awarded cash prizes of Rp200,000 for the 1 st rank, Rp150,000 for the 2 nd and Rp100,000 for the 3 rd placer.
