Nikko Bali Resort and Spa Appoints New Personnel Manager

Nikko Bali Resort and Spa has recently appointed Lilik Kris Karyani as the new Personnel Manager at the resort. Although this will be her first role in a Human Resources Department in a resort, she has more than fifteen years of expertise in corporate offices in Bali, including her last appointment at the Jenggala Keramik Bali.

“Lilik has a pleasant character and as a Human Resource Manager will  work closely with our employees, she is the perfect candidate for the position and we are happy to have her onboard,” commented Made Erawathi, Human Resources Director for Nikko Bali Resort and Spa.

Lilik will be in charge of the resort’s staffing and recruitment and other personnel related issues and she will also take charge of the Corporate Social Responsibility program for the resort.
