Recently the pastry team of Nikko Bali Resort and Spa has introduced a new selection of chocolate pralines that you can find at the Delicatessen. One that stands out most is a dark chocolate praline filled with ginger and pistachio ganache; the bitter sweet chocolate and the spicy ginger create an explosion of flavor in your mouth. For those who prefer milk chocolate, try the hazelnut milk chocolate praline, silky smooth, sweet and the bits of hazelnut adds that extra crunch to it. Other selections of praline are also available including green tea, strawberry and chocolate truffles.
