Inspired by an ancient Balinese King, this style of service was reserved for Royal Families. Each course is served with a procession of Tektekan and Topeng Buduh with all service staff dressed in Balinese ceremonial attire.

Bowls of food are placed on the table for guests to serve themselves. Finally the tektekan procession takes centre stage one all tables have been served. Here you will be entertained just like the Royals were years ago.
