Through meditation we can train our mind in order to use it effectively in daily life. This has the beneficial effects of:
- Releasing tension and promoting relaxation;
- Calming a worried mind;
- Strengthening the mind and heart to overcome fear, frustration, dissatisfaction, depression, jealousy, hatred, hot-temper and other emotional imbalances.
The founder, Merta Ada, is the primary teacher of Bali Usada Meditation
Center. He has been practicing meditation for many years, beginning
after two personal experiences led him to dedicate his life towards
healing.

Curriculum Vitae
1993 Starting teaching meditation and has an astounding 60,000
students;
2001 Bali Post has bestowed on him the K. Nadha Nugraha Award for
his contributions in teaching health meditation and helping thousands
of people for many years;
Currently
- Hosting a meditation session on Global FM Bali at
4am - 10pm;
- Hosting a meditation session on Bali TV;
- Conducting almost 40 intensives meditation lasting
7 days each in Jakarta, Bali, Medan and
Palembang;
- Working with the University Hindu
Indonesia in establishing a Bachelor’s
degree program on Alternative /
Complementary Medicine with his
Bali Usada Health Meditation being
one of the major curricula.
